Notification of Copyright Infringement
VortexDown is a technological service provider that facilitates the download of publicly available content for personal archival. We do not host, store, or upload any media files on our servers. All processing is transient.
However, if you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content made accessible through our tool infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
Information Required
To be effective, your notification must be in writing and include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
